- To cook lean pork: Add 2 minutes to the cooking time. Use a quick-read thermometer to check if pork has reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- When it's cold, skip the meat lubrication step. Coat garlic in olive oil and add remaining meatballs and ham. Cook under pressure for 3 minutes and leave for 10 minutes. Make sure the pork heart has a temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
