Steps to Prepare Award-winning Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients and spices for the Chicken Tika Masala:
- soak (at least 1 hour)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ginger root
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 pounds chicken breast cut into small pieces

- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 Japan, fragmented
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 2 tablespoons paprika

Instructions for making teak chicken masala
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, black pepper, ginger and salt. Stir in chicken, cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- (Optional) If you have wooden snacks, let them soak well in a bowl of water before using them for the chicken. This will prevent them from scorching. - As the grill heats up, be sure to cut the claps and chop the garlic.
- Now, depending on the white rice you choose, you can start after or before step 7. If it takes 10-15 minutes to cook, do that. Then do this step 7.
- Pour the butter into a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and cloves for 1 minute. Season with 2 tablespoons of cumin, paprika and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add tomato sauce and cream. Cook sauce until thickened, about 20 minutes.
- While the sauce thickens, grease the grill with a little oil. Grill the chicken. Bake until juices come out, about 5 minutes per side.
- When the sauce boils, add the grilled chicken and cook for 10 minutes. First, add the rice to the bowl, then add the chicken and sauce. Add cilantro if using.
