Let's face it, cooking is not a high priority depending on the lifestyle of every man, woman or child on the planet. In fact, even individuals have made it important in their lives to understand how to cook. Usually this means we often rely on packaged foods and concoctions rather than cooking healthy foods for our families and personal enjoyment.

The same goes for dinners, where we typically use canned soup, macaroni, cheese, or similar items in contrast to our creative efforts to make a quick, easy, yet delicious lunch. There are many ideas in this guide, and these ideas should not only get you off to a great start to the R-UT dinner, as we all wonder at some point, but also to invent new things to use.

It's great that once you've heard the basics of cooking, there's no replacing them. Typically, this means that you can constantly develop and expand your culinary skills. As you find new recipes and perfect your culinary skills and talents, you will find that cooking from scratch is far more beneficial than cooking pre-packaged items that can be bought on local supermarket shelves.

Instructions for making Chinese beef noodle soup

  1. (Optional) For a tastier flavor, prepare beef bone broth by boiling it in water in a larger saucepan. After about 5 minutes, a lot of slime will appear at the top, so remove the foam through a sieve every 2 minutes until the infusion stops foaming. When done, it should look green and slightly oily (see photo). Reduce heat and simmer for 1-3 hours for maximum flavor. You can also skip this step, just use water
  2. While the liquid is cooking, blanch the meat to remove impurities. In a clean pan, bring enough water to a boil to cover the meat, then add the meat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove the meat, rinse with clear water and cut into large pieces. Discard the fresh water from this stage.
  3. Prepare a spice bowl by placing cilantro, dill, cloves, cinnamon, anise, orange peel, Sichuan pepper, and bay leaf in a spice ball or bag.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add onions, garlic, chili peppers, onions, ginger, sugar, apples, and bean paste. Cook until the onions become transparent.
  5. We add Shaoxing wine, cook with some alcohol, and then add soy sauce.
  6. Add the ground beef, spice ball and tomatoes. Stir in blush for 10 minutes.
  7. Return to the Beef Bone Extractor and remove all the bones. Then pour it into a large bowl to remove any debris from the bottom of the pan.
  8. Combine the bone-in broth with the beef/spice/vegetable stock in a large saucepan. Simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours, until flavors meld and meat is tender.
  9. Check regularly and remove any deposits from the top. When the cooking is almost done, taste and dissolve the liquid. At this point I usually add 2-4 tablespoons of MSG.
  10. Remove the seasoning bag, or if you haven't used the bag, discard the meat and tomatoes and filter the solids. Put the meat and tomatoes back into the soup.
  11. To serve, add light soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar, and ground white pepper to the bottom of each bowl. Add the beef broth and noodles and drizzle with chili oil, finely chopped onions and plenty of cilantro.
