Turkish lasagna with goat cheese

Hi everyone, this is Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today we will prepare an unusual dish: how to quickly cook lasagna with turkey and goat cheese. This is one of my favorites. This time I will make it a little tastier. It will be really tasty.

When it comes to preparing healthy meals for the family, there are obviously some differences between positions. The good news is that there are recipes that are getting healthier, but the nutritional value of the recipes is a little unclear. In these cases, what they do not know should not harm them (except in cases of allergies that do not go unnoticed).

It is often difficult to cook healthy food because most people do not want to spend time preparing and planning food that our families do not want to eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthier, so we have a responsibility to learn new and better ways to prepare balanced meals that we love (and unfortunately, in some cases, hate).

Many people claim that cooking healthy food is more expensive than cooking packaged foods that contain supplements and calories. The truth is that when you compare the cost of not being able to do this with long-term medical payments, it seems very small. Yes, good food requires extra money. In many cases, this is a very simple fact of daily life. However, by learning to control your portions and eat the right portions, you can spend less while retaining the amount of nutrients needed for a healthy and active lifestyle.

I must say that I am very proud of this lasagna, although it is not an ordinary traditional lasagna, but it is good. I liked this recipe because my eldest daughter didn’t eat cottage cheese or ricotta in regular lasagna, so I was creative and made something delicious, such as shredded goat cheese and whipped cream cheese / ricotta. Don’t use plain cream cheese because I don’t think it works and I used less fatty turkey instead of fatty beef for my husband. My husband loved it and even took leftover food to work and he never ate leftovers. Marinara rao sauce is a bit expensive, but worth it, and I wouldn’t use anything else, but I think I can. Only the taste can change a little. Here’s a little trick to make sure each layer is enough to quickly unite everything. I pre-measured the goat cheese mixture for almost 3 to 1 cup servings and even prepared it for the meat sauce as well as 4 for almost 1 1/2 cup servings because it makes it easy to collect everything. You can make this lasagna raw or boiled, cover your head and allow to cool to cook or reheat. Personally, I find that lasagna is tastier the next day when all the flavors really combine. If you try, let me know what you think. 😉 ❤✌
