- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag, add all the ingredients and mix well. Leave overnight for at least 10 minutes.
- Strain the sauce through a sieve.
- Pour the potato starch and flour into a ziplock bag and add the marinated chicken.
