- 4 green peppers

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 6 cloves
- 4 cardamoms
- 3 cinnamon sticks

- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon green chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of coriander powder

- 10 buckwheat
- 10 raisins
- 4 green peppers

- Add 8 cups beef stock and 1 cup tamarind juice. Mix and boil
- Add the soaked rice to the simmering stock and simmer until the water has almost evaporated.
- Garnish with mint leaves, almonds, green pepper and cover.
- Place in a heavy bottomed pot (tawa) and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
