- Prepare a dressing by mixing walnuts, garlic cloves, onion and ginger with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Chop the onion, tomato, pepper and cilantro. Slice the lemon and knot it.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken over medium heat until the outside of each cut is golden. So that the chicken does not dry out during frying, we will cook it again with the sauce

- Add water, chilli and tomatoes. Remember to taste, you may need to add more salt. Sprinkle with cilantro and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
