17. Drizzle with sour cream or salsa

Instructions for making salsa chicken enchiladas my way

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Brush the chicken with a little oil and fajita seasoning, a little salt, pepper and garlic powder and finish cooking or air fry and dice.
