  3. In a bowl add curd, sugar and 1tsp salt whisk it well till smooth.
    Add potatoes slices in it and mix with soft hand.
  4. Now in serving plate firstly place potatoes, then apple and some more potatoes, then spread both chutney, some Cummin powder, shredded carrots and beetroot, pomegranate, mint leaves and aloo lacha at top.
