  3. 1 cup Grated Carrot
  4. 1 tbsp semolina
  5. 1 Pinch turmeric powder (optional)
  6. 1 tsp oil, water if needed
  7. to taste Salt
  8. Required Oil to deep fry
  9. For Spinach Bhature
  10. 1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
  11. 1 tbsp semolina
  12. 1 cup chopped spinach leaves
  13. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  14. 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  15. 1 tsp oil, water if needed
  16. to taste Salt according
  17. Oil as needed to deep fry

  19. 1 cup Plain flour (Maida)
  20. 1 cup peeled and grated beetroot
  21. 1 tbsp semolina
  22. 1 tsp oil, water if needed

  25. For Potato Bhature (Aloo Bhature)
  26. 1 cup Plain flour
  27. 1 tbsp semolina
  28. 2 medium size boiled and peeled Potato
  29. 1 tsp oil, water if needed
  30. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

  32. Oil as needed to deep fry

  1. For Carrot Bhature :- In the mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, salt to taste, semolina, pinch of turmeric powder (optional) and oil mix it and crumbled well until it's holds shape.
  2. In the mixi jar add grated carrot put little bit water if needed then grind to make smooth thick puree. Do not add more water.
  3. After add the grinded carrot puree gradually to flour mixture. Then knead the smooth dough. Now Carrot Bhature dough is ready. Cover and Rest it for 5 mins.
  4. Next Take small portion of dough and make a equal size of balls.
  5. Now take prepared one ball sprinkle some dust or flour then roll it with help of rolling pin in desired shape. Make this type Bhature for leftover dough balls.
  6. Heat the oil in deep vessel. Once oil has heated sufficiently place the rolled Carrot Bhature. Fry them on both sides. Repeat this process to all rolled Bhature's. Now Carrot Bhature are ready to serve.
  7. For Spinach Bhature :- In another mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, Garam masala, carom seeds, salt to taste, semolina, and oil mix it and crumbled well until it's holds shape.
  8. In the mixi jar add washed and roughly chopped spinach leaves put little bit water if needed then grind to make smooth thick puree. Do not add more water.
  9. Further put the grinded spinach puree Gradually to flour mixture. Then knead the smooth dough. Now Spinach Bhature dough is ready. Cover and Rest it for 5 mins.
  10. After Take the small portion of dough and make a equal size of balls.
  11. Now take prepared one ball sprinkle some dust or flour then roll it with help of rolling pin as u desired shape. Make this type Bhature for leftover dough balls.
  12. Heat the oil in deep Pan. Once oil is heat sufficiently. Place the rolled Spinach Bhature one by one. Fry them on both sides. Repeat this process to all rolled Bhature's. Now Spinach Bhature are ready to serve.
  13. For Beetaroot Bhature :- take another mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, salt to taste, semolina, and oil mix it and crumbled well until it's holds shape.
  14. Next take the mixi jar add peeled and Grated Beetaroot. Add some water then grind to make smooth thick puree. Do not add more water.
  15. Now put the grinded Beetaroot puree Gradually means little by little to flour mixture. Then knead the smooth dough. Now Beetaroot Bhature dough is ready. Cover and Rest it for 5 mins.
  16. Furthermore Take small portion of dough and make a equal size of balls.
  17. Now take one ball sprinkle some dust or flour then roll it with help of rolling pin as u desired shape. Make this type Bhature for leftover dough balls.
  18. Heat the oil in deep Pan. Once oil is heat sufficiently. Place the rolled Beetaroot Bhature. Fry them on both sides. Repeat this process to all rolled Bhature's. Now Beetaroot Bhature are ready to serve.
  19. For Potato Bhature :- In mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, salt to taste, semolina, and oil mix it and crumbled well until it's holds shape.
  20. Now add boiled and Mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves mix well with flour mixture. Sprinkle some water if needed. Knead the smooth non-sticky dough.
  21. After take the small Portion of dough and make a equal size of balls.
  22. Heat the oil in deep vessel. Once oil is heat sufficiently. Place the rolled Aloo Bhature. Fry them on both sides. Repeat this process to all rolled Bhature's. Now Potato Bhature (Aloo Bhature) are ready to serve.
