- Wash mint spinach leaves rinse and churn in a mixie jar and make smooth puree. Peel beetroot chop and churn tadding 2-3tbsp water and make puree and strain. Mix ghee with rice flour and prepare saata.
- Mix all 3 flour in a paraat add oil salt carrom seeds mix well. And divide in a 4 equal parts. Add spinach mint puree in one part and knead a soft dough. For green colour.Same way add beet root puree and knead a dough for red colour. Add turmeric powder for yellow colour dough. Now add garlic paste in a 4 th part and knead white color soft dough. Leave it for 10min.
- Now roll a big roti from all 4 dough.apply saata on each roti and make layer one by one. And make a roll. Cut in to pieces.
- And roll all pieces and make puri. Prik and fry on slow flame. Tasty delicious Rainbow satpadi is ready to seeve.
